Open Call: Dancers wanted for FAULT LINES
Lîla Dance is looking for 3 contemporary-trained dancers currently based in Denmark, to join the cast of ‘Fault Lines’ for two Performances at Bora Bora Theatre during Aarhus Festival 2024.
Lîla Dance is run by Abi Mortimer and Carrie Whitaker. They are a small, friendly, hard-working team based on the South Coast of England. They work with talented freelancers, who bring their own creative magic to each production from dancers to dramaturgs to designers.
And now you can be one of the the three dancers based in Denmark to join the cast of their performance ‘Fault Lines’!
The audition process will require you to access a series of short dance excerpts from the ‘Fault Lines’ show (finde video links and read more about the audition process below).
If you are one of the successful applicants you will learn sections of the work through video rehearsal, online sessions with the Lîla cast and in person rehearsals at Bora Bora Theatre, Valdemarsgade 1, 8000 Aarhus C.
The application deadline is Monday April 29th 2024.
We will aim to let everyone know the outcome of their application by Tuesday 30th April 2024.
