Hævn [Revenge]

Sunday February 1st, 2026, at 13:00 + 16:00 (75 min.)

In ‘HÆVN’ [Revenge], the dancers of the Danish Talent Academy invite the audience into a vibrant universe where emotions spark and the pulse of revenge vibrates just below the surface. A universe where the body carries what was not said, done or understood.

Have you ever experienced an injustice so acute that your heart raced and it tingled like electricity under your skin?

Have you ever, deep down in your soul, tried to plan the most vicious and detailed revenge you could imagine?

Where do you feel the desire for revenge – in your chest, under your ribs or right up in your throat?

Have you forgiven?

Experience the young dancers from the Danish Talent Academy as they reveal the many faces of revenge through movement and delve into the physical reactions that burn themselves into the tension between strength and powerlessness. They explore the longing for balance, and the urge for justice grows in the body like a force that cannot be ignored. Meanwhile, the path to forgiveness, acceptance and the will for peace sprouts in the innermost depths.

You will experience choreographies created by guest choreographers Teade Abma, Jonathan Ibsen, Paulína Šmatláková and Lene Bonde in close artistic collaboration with the dancers.
