In The Wake

In The Wake is a site-responsive performance on weaving as both a material practice and a social process.

Through rhythmic movement, breath, voice, and conversation, a shifting choreography gradually emerges, inspired by gestures from fibre work: carding, combing, spinning, drafting, and winding. Repetitive actions and vocal rhythms create a shared pulse that slowly moves through the space — as if the bodies themselves were threads being woven together.

Moving between choreography, sound, and collective ritual, In The Wake transforms the park into a temporary landscape of rhythms, encounters, and connections.
